Lakkad hazam, patthar hazam — wood digested, stone digested — is a phrase Indian children hear attached to digestive churan, a boast about an appetite that can handle anything. This song takes the boast literally.

The horror comes from a grammatical shift rather than an image. The phrase is normally about a stomach in the abstract. Here it acquires a speaker, and then that speaker acquires a target: tu bhi khatam. You, too, finished. A stomach of stone, and you are my field.
